To ensure that your goods arrive within one business day – or ideally within a few hours – of ordering, we at JOIST decided to use an optimised storage and shipping system. As soon as we receive your order our staff collect, check and prepare your ordered goods for shipping using an integrated, fully automated packaging line. And if on occasion we have run out of the odd item we will source it as soon as possible!
