There are many different reasons for returns. One thing they have in common: you want us to process them quickly and easily. Please contact Ms. Vieth, they will be happy to assist you with anything from orders to complaints and returns.
If you are not 100% happy with our delivery we will take care of returning it to us and, if necessary, redeliver the required items – true to our motto “fast. reliable. good.”
Fill in the Complaints Form and send it to us. We will check and approve it.
You pack the goods to be returned together with your approved complaints form.
A parcel service will pick up the goods at your premises on the following business day.
